Initial evaluation may consist of:

Maintain your current level of function with regularly scheduled sessions at a decreased frequency while participating in our wellness/ maintenance program! We will be sure not to compromise the intensity of your treatment. Participating in a wellness/ maintenance program will ensure you do not lose the gains you achieved while participating in your formal physical therapy program.
Is there an activity you've been wanting to try since your injury or diagnosis? Our recreational outing program will do the research and be sure the activity is safe to perform prior to our attending, then we will participate right alongside you to ensure your safety throughout participation in the activity.
